You’re welcome to have mail delivered here and even in advance of your stay so that it’s ready upon your arrival. For packages, please contact us for delivery instructions after booking. We don’t have a front desk, so carriers leave packages at the front door. For important items, consider using a secure option like Amazon Hub Counter (e.g., 7-Eleven, Staples, Rite Aid).

Flushing Properties
We have free 24/7 parking by the building. We offer guests complimentary parking for one car.
If your group has more than 1 vehicle, we will check if there will be room for another car with the additional car parking fee being $200 /per month. Or you may park in the street (relatively easy parking) for free.
Murray Hill Properties
While ample 24/7 free street parking is also available near the building, the building offers two off-street parking spaces shared among multiple units. These spaces are used by the downstairs restaurant during the day and are available for guest use in the evenings. Guests may park for free for up to 1 hour during the day and up to 15 hours overnight.
Limited shared overnight parking is available after 8:00 PM until the next morning.
